The story in three frames

I run a dev team, a manufacturing-software startup and a coffee brand on AI agents. And I build the same systems for agencies, dev shops and small software companies: inside your own stack, handed over to your team.

I have been building AI systems since 2020, years of it in environments where data never leaves. The rules below come from there.

How I work
Rule I

It runs in my ventures first

Every system type I sell runs in my own companies before it runs in yours. The Lab shows how it went that week, including what broke.

Rule II

Your data stays in your stack

Systems run in your own cloud account: the AWS, Hetzner, Azure or GCP tenancy you already have. No third-party automation SaaS in the middle.

Rule III

Build, document, hand over

Access closes at the end. Your team is trained, the documentation stays. You are not dependent on me, and I am not dependent on you.

Rule IV

Engineer, not a reseller

I do not sell a tool. n8n or Claude Code are tools. The architecture, the tests and the handover are the work.
