Backend Automation for D2C Brands

A growing D2C brand accumulates invisible manual work: order exports, stock updates, invoice forwarding, supplier emails. Each task is small; together they cap your growth. I build autonomous backend systems for European D2C brands so scaling revenue stops meaning scaling headcount.

The manual work hiding in your backend

What I build

Order flow automation

Orders move from shop to fulfilment to accounting on their own, with exceptions flagged for a human.

Single source of stock truth

Inventory syncs across shop, warehouse, and planning tools so overselling and blind reordering stop.

Hands-free invoicing

Invoices, credit notes, and documents reach your accountant automatically, correctly named and on time.

Supplier communication rails

Recurring supplier and 3PL communication becomes structured messages generated from live data.

Common questions

Does this work with Shopify?

Yes. Shopify is the most common base I build on, alongside WooCommerce and custom shops, connected to whatever 3PL and accounting stack you use.

We are not technical. Can we still run this?

That is the point of the build. You get a system with clear dashboards and alerts, plus documentation, so running it requires no engineers on your side.

What does it cost?

Scoped per system after the audit. Projects typically start in the low five figures in euros and pay for themselves in recovered hours and error reduction.

See where your operations leak time

The audit takes a few minutes and tells me enough to map your highest-leverage automation.
